How commission and weekly payout work
Commission at Scale Society is fixed per sale or appointment, rises within the week for closers and is paid every week. This page lists every rule.

How much does a closer earn per sale
A closer earns €750 per sale, €850 from the 5th sale and €1,000 from the 10th sale in the same week. On a €2,500 sale that is 30 to 40 percent of the price.
| Sale in the week | Commission per sale |
|---|---|
| Sales 1 to 4 | €750 |
| Sales 5 to 9 | €850 |
| Sale 10 and every sale after | €1,000 |
The higher rate applies from that sale onward and does not change earlier sales. The count starts again every Monday. What you earn depends entirely on your own results.

What counts as a sale
A sale counts when the buyer has paid and has not cancelled before the week closes. A cancellation after the week has closed changes nothing for you.

When does the week close and when are you paid

How do you invoice your commission
You work as a freelancer or through your own company and send an invoice for your commission. Registering for tax and social security in your own country is your responsibility, so check it with an accountant.

How this compares with a typical role
Scale Society pays closers 30 to 40 percent of the price, every week, without clawbacks after the week closes. Public benchmarks put typical high-ticket commission at 10 to 20 percent.
| Topic | Typical commission-only role | Scale Society |
|---|---|---|
| Commission on a sale | 10 to 20% of the deal, as commonly cited for high-ticket closers [1] | €750 to €1,000 on a €2,500 sale, 30 to 40% |
| When commission arrives | 41% of commissioned salespeople wait at least a month, 56% at least two weeks [2] | Every week. The week closes Monday morning and is paid 7 days later |
| Refunds and cancellations | Clawback clauses let companies reclaim paid commission after a cancellation or refund [3] | A cancellation before the week closes does not count. After that the commission stays yours, and you never pay anything back |
