The role and your status
You work as an independent contractor, commission only and fully remote. These answers cover what that means in practice.
- Am I employed by AIscienda?
No. You work as an independent contractor, as a freelancer or through your own company, and you invoice your commission.
- Is there a fixed salary?
No. The role is commission only. What you earn depends entirely on your own results, and we publish no averages.
- Can I choose my own hours?
Yes. You choose your hours, as long as you honour the appointments you accept.
- Can I work for other companies too?
Yes. There is no exclusivity.
- What equipment do I need?
A laptop, a headset and a stable internet connection.
- Is Scale Society legitimate?
Scale Society is run by AIscienda, a registered Belgian company in Kortrijk with VAT number BE 1025.516.563. You never pay anything, you sign a written cooperation agreement and commission is paid weekly against your invoice.

Pay and payout
Closers earn €750 to €1,000 per sale and setters €25 per appointment that takes place, paid every week.
- How much does a closer earn per sale?
€750 per sale, €850 from the 5th sale and €1,000 from the 10th sale in the same week, which is 30 to 40 percent of the €2,500 price.
- How much does a setter earn?
€25 for every appointment that takes place.
- When am I paid?
Every week. The week closes Monday morning and is paid 7 days later.
- What if a buyer cancels?
A cancellation before the week closes does not count as a sale. After the week has closed, nothing changes for you.
- Do I ever pay anything?
No. No fees, no starter pack, no course purchase and no commission paid back.

Appointments and tools
Setters book appointments into the seller portal and closers accept or decline them. The tools come with the seat.
- Where do the appointments come from?
Setters book them by calling businesses with our script. Closers receive them in the seller portal, matched on language and availability.
- How many calls will I get as a closer?
That depends on how many setters are active in your language. We tell you honestly during onboarding what to expect in your first weeks.
- Which calendars does the portal sync with?
Google Calendar, Apple Calendar and Outlook.
- How is a sale linked to me?
Every closer gets a personal Stripe payment link, so each sale is tied to the closer who made it.
- What training do I get?
Scripts, buyer types and objection answers, training in SPIN Selling and The Challenger Sale, and role-plays with scorecards until you are certified.

Selection and your start
Every seller is selected in person and certified before the first live call.
- How does selection work?
Application, personal review, a 45-minute group session on Zoom, a 10-minute role-play, the cooperation agreement, a five-day onboarding with certification, then live.
- Do I need experience?
Yes, experience as a setter or closer in any industry. High-ticket experience or a finished sales training is a strong plus.
- Which languages and markets?
English, French, German, Dutch, Spanish and Italian, selling in the EU and EEA, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Canada and New Zealand.
- Do I need to buy the course?
No. You get access to learn the product.
